The tools that proved themselves

We do not collect tools for the hype. We only add to our library what we genuinely use in client work.

What we use them for

• Claude — writing, document analysis and agent workflows.
• NotebookLM — a knowledge base from your own sources, with citations.
• Obsidian — linked notes and a second brain.
• Apify — collecting data from the web into a structured form.

How to choose

Do not start with "which tool". Start with the task that slows you down the most and look for the tool that solves it. One well-adopted tool is worth more than ten installed ones.
